The oil and natural gas industry is working to make a positive impact through intentional investments and partnerships that aim to better the people and communities where we operate in South Texas. The Eagle Ford Excellence Awards is our way of recognizing the companies, organizations and communities that will continue to strengthen South Texas for decades to come.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Award categories include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Community and Social Investment<\/strong>, which recognizes both a small and a large entity that are working with communities to make a positive impact to the social fabric of the local area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Environmental Stewardship,<\/strong> which recognizes both a small and a large entity that are making it their duty to preserve the environment in a responsible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Neighborhood Impression<\/strong>, which honors one or multiple organizations that have implemented a community project demonstrating the positive impression of the industry on the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Innovation in Technology<\/strong>, which recognizes a leading organization in the Eagle Ford area that has developed a technology that is resulting in improvements to the region in economic and environmental ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To recognize a company, contractor, non-profit or other partner for their efforts in strengthening South Texas and the Eagle Ford Shale region, submit a nomination for the 2020 Eagle Ford Excellence Awards by visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/steercomdev.wpenginepowered.com\/efea\">www.steer.com\/efea<\/a>.
