STEER is the premier facilitator and coordinator for communication and public advocacy surrounding the production of energy resources in South Texas.
We are committed to being the leading educational resource relating to the oil and natural gas industry in South Texas and the liaison facilitating effective collaboration between the industry, local officials, regional stakeholders, academia, area residents and community members.
Membership is made up of the largest operators in the Eagle Ford Shale, service companies, equipment companies, and any other entities directly linked to oil and gas development in South Texas.
